13’ yard trampolines are rarer in comparison to 8ft, 10ft and 12ft trampolines. However they are slowly becoming popular in the United States. Some of the well known brands of 13ft trampolines are Spartan Sports, High Jump & Magic Circle, of course there are many other brands available but these are the most commonly sold.
What are the characteristics of a 13 foot trampoline

13ft trampolines generally have the following characteristics:

• 80 – 100 springs – Because the physical circumference of the trampoline is bigger compared to 8, 10 & 12ft trampolines it will require more springs.
• 7 – 9” Springs – Because the trampoline is bigger it requires bigger springs, in general the bigger the spring the bigger the bounce, some trampoline manufactures offer bigger spring upgrades on their 13’ trampolines.
• 38mm to 40mm Steel Tubing – The steel tubing i.e. the frame of the trampoline is between 38mm to 40mm in diameter. 40mm tubing will obviously be stronger than 38mm so always check the product specification.
• 250 – 400 pound maximum user weight – 13ft trampolines offer bigger maximum user weights and of course the maximum user weights will vary depending on brand, so always check the product specification.
