 The Urban Rebounder trampoline is a good investment for somebody looking to start an exercise programme at home. If you are looking to lose a few pounds or want to improve your overall health then this is the mini trampoline for you. In fact because the Urban Rebounder is a commercial quality trampoline it means people of any fitness level can use it.
The rebounder comes preassembled, the only part that will need setting up is the stabilizer bar, but this should only take a few minutes.

Build Quality
I have read a very small selection of reviews where customers had problems with springs and the stabilizing bars, but this is a very small proportion of users, if you consider over 1,000,000 (1 million) Urban Rebounders have been sold throughout the United States, I would seriously doubt this is a common issue with the Rebounder Trampoline.
Secondly, some customers have complained about the smell of the trampoline when it arrived in its packaging, well this is actually common with many trampolines that are left in packaging for weeks at a time. You have to remember that if you purchase a trampoline that has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 weeks it may have a strange smell (the smell comes from the padding), if this does happen you just need to “air the trampoline” for a day or two to get rid of the smell, over time the smell will go.
The Urban rebounder has a 1 year warranty, so if you did experience problems with the trampoline you could always send it back for a full refund or get replacement parts for it, if it’s still under warranty the manufacture will send replacements free of charge.

The Cons
- Made for Gyms – Because the Rebounder is designed for commercial use, i.e. a lot of daily usage, the surface can feel a little hard to bounce on. If you find this is the case then make sure you wear shoes whilst on the Rebounder.
- Can be noisy – The springs can be quite noisy, but this is the case with all trampolines that use metal springs and unfortunately is hard to reduce.

"This product was a great price, the frame is very sturdy (it's quite heavy) and the springs are really good. It is very soft bounce and works quite well.
One of the rubber ends on the legs split, otherwise it has been working very well....you get a great workout in a short time, even when you don't feel like doing much. I have recommended this to many people...I could be a salesman for the company! I like it that much."

“I have had a lot of injuries over the years in football and all the other sports I played! My Trainer was the Head Trainer for Oklahoma State Cowboys for 10 years and his son played football at my high school, so he decided to be close to him and he took the job as trainer at my high school! Well one of the injuries I obtained during my play was some dislocated shoulders that were tremendously painful! So I spent a lot of time working them out and trying to get them stronger so they can sustain the constant pressure that's on them.
So Coach York (Trainer) told me to use the Urban Rebounding System. I was on that for a while but the benefits that I received were amazing! How the system works in that you take medicine balls and throw them up against the trampoline and when they come shooting back you catch them. I would work on my shoulders so I would throw it a certain way and catch it a certain way too.
You could adjust the trampoline to almost any grade and it would make the ball harder to bounce or catch! It is placed on Steal bars that will not move when you throw the medicine ball on it and its strong enough to jump on if you want! It will help you tremendously if you’re injured and it’s an awesome system!”
