Junior/Toddler Trampolines

A junior trampoline is a small safe trampoline suitable for young children, typically between the ages of 12 months to 5years, the age range differs depending on the actual trampoline you purchase.

Junior trampolines are designed for indoor and outdoor use and normally have bright colors to help stimulate young children. Most, if not all junior trampolines come with a safety handle, which helps a young child stay balanced whilst on the trampoline. Some manufactures allow the handle to be detached, which is fantastic news if your child no longer requires it.

What are they made from

Junior trampolines are made using steel frames with protective finishes, special elastic cord is used instead of springs, which make the trampoline a lot safer. The mat is usually made from a mesh material and the handles are covered in a protective foam.

Prices and Specifications

There appear to be two types of junior trampoline: rectangular and round and sizes seem to be around 30” – 40” with a maximum child weight of about 80lbs/35kg.

Prices for junior trampolines range from $30 up to an outstanding $450, from checking the market there is a whole host of competitors selling junior trampolines in the United States and Canada.
